Hiroki Endo

Hiroki Endo is a seasoned news editor and video producer with extensive experience in journalism. Currently, Endo works at 日本経済新聞社 since September 2022, having served as a NY correspondent and Bangkok correspondent. Before this, Endo was a photo editor at Nikkei Asia from April 2023 to October 2023 and a correspondent for THE ASAHI SHIMBUN COMPANY from April 2019 to September 2022, notably reporting from Ukraine during the early stages of the Russian invasion. Endo’s previous roles include videographer at TV Asahi and staff photographer at THE ASAHI SHIMBUN COMPANY, where significant coverage included international events such as the Pyeong Chang Olympics and the Paris terrorist attacks. Endo holds a degree in social sciences from International Christian University.
