Theresa Zawodniak

Theresa Zawodniak is a seasoned environmental health and safety (EHS) specialist with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior EHS Specialist at Nikola Motor Company since August 2022, Theresa conducts facility audits and ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations while developing safety programs focused on high-voltage systems and robotic automation. Prior to this role, Theresa worked at Lactalis American Group from February 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included conducting inspections and enforcing food safety protocols in alignment with FDA and other regulatory standards. Additionally, Theresa served as a Safety Coordinator at FRITO LAY from April 2013 to February 2021, leading safety audits, employee training, and emergency preparedness initiatives. Theresa holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University, completed between 2018 and 2021.
