Charlotte Kemsley

Charlotte Kemsley serves as the Regional Director for the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Baltics at Nikon since December 2013, overseeing all sales, marketing, commercial planning, and service operations while driving European performance metrics and implementing pan-European strategies. Additionally, Charlotte holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees for Nikon UK Pension Ltd and has previously acted as General Manager for Northern Europe and Commercial Director in various capacities, demonstrating expertise in product management, marketing, and crisis management across multiple countries. Prior experience includes key roles at Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands, 20th Century Fox, and Lion Nathan. Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Commerce with 1st Class Honours in International Management, Economics, and Marketing from the University of Canterbury.
