Riekie Human

Riekie Human is an experienced writer and editor with a diverse background in journalism and editing across various companies. Currently serving as a Writer and Editor at The Sarara Foundation since June 2023, Riekie has also been engaged with africology, Ninety One, The Inside Guide, and Sweet Life Diabetes Community in roles such as copy editor, copywriter, and writer since 2018. Previous experience includes a tenure as Content Editor at Singita from January 2019 to June 2023 and roles as a copy editor and proofreader at Prescient Investment Management. Riekie's editorial career began at John Brown Media, where Riekie worked as Assistant and Deputy Editor. Riekie holds an Honours degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Stellenbosch University.
