Natalie Sharma 🦄

Natalie Sharma serves as the Design Systems Lead at NinjaTrader since October 2025, following a tenure at Wells Fargo from August 2022 to September 2025 as Lead Product Designer for Design Systems. At Wells Fargo, Natalie pioneered design token integration, co-founded a design systems advocacy group, and developed framework-level components for widespread use across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer and Contract Product Designer for LifeSync, where Natalie enhanced collaboration and delivery processes, and UX/UI Designer at Blue Acorn iCi, focusing on design system governance and high-profile client projects. Natalie's design expertise extends to consulting for startups and leading graphic design projects for various organizations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Mississippi University for Women.
