Carol Russell

Carol Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the underwriting and athletic coaching fields. Currently serving as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at NIP Group, Inc. since September 2022, Carol previously held the position of Commercial Underwriter at United Fire Group from 2017 to September 2022. A strong background in athletics includes serving as Head Women's Basketball Coach at Upper Iowa University from April 2010 to March 2016 and at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from August 2002 to March 2010. Additionally, Carol was an Associate/Head Women's Basketball Coach at The University of Texas - Pan American and an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at Truman State University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's in Higher Education Administration, Leadership from Upper Iowa University.
