Jayakumar David

Jayakumar David is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Learning & Development for the AMIEO region at Nissan Motor Corporation since January 2021, Jayakumar has held significant roles including Human Resources Director for the AMIO region. Prior to Nissan, Jayakumar was the Alliance HR Director for Renault Nissan India and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India. Previous experience includes key HR leadership positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, employee development, and performance management. Jayakumar holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations, Economics, and Sociology from Bangalore University.
