Melissa Coulson

Melissa Coulson has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Nissan Motor Corporation since April 2004, where support is provided for TN Manufacturing Operations. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions within the talent management sector, including Director and Senior Manager of Talent Management, as well as roles in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at ArvinMeritor LVA as an Accounting Manager. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
