Rick Barr

Rick Barr has extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies, serving as the Executive Operating Partner at NJP Ventures, LLC, and as Chief Operating Officer at both OneLogin and Snowflake. Prior to these positions, Rick Barr held the role of VP, Global Operations at DocuSign and SVP, WW Operations at Pulse Secure. Educationally, Rick Barr earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management between 1993 and 1995, and a BA in English and American Literature from Brown University from 1987 to 1991.
