Ralph Kobsik is the Executive Vice President and Head of Central Europe at Nobia. Ralph has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen industry, and has held various positions at companies such as WARENDORF, Nobia AB, and V-ZUG AG. In their current role, Ralph is responsible for Nobia's operations in Central Europe, which includes Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. Prior to their current role, Ralph served as the Managing Director of WARENDORF Küchenfabrik GmbH, Chief Executive Officer of ewe Küchen GmbH, and Head of International Markets at V-ZUG AG.

Ralph Kobsik has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin, and is currently enrolled in a Digital Transformation Certificate Program at Stanford University School of Engineering. Ralph Kobsik reports to Jon Sintorn, President and CEO. They work with Kristoffer Ljungfelt - CFO, Annika Vainio - Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Finland, and Ole Dalsbø - Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Norway.
