Amy Hanlon-Rodemich

Amy Hanlon-Rodemich is Nokia’s Chief People Officer. Her remit spans all people-related topics from classic HR to Health and Safety, and Real Estate.

Amy is an experienced HR executive who has helped some of Silicon Valley’s top brands scale and grow, such as Yahoo and VMware. She has a depth of experience in using technology to transform HR functions to deliver unique, personalized experiences to employees.

Prior to joining Nokia in 2022 Amy held the position of Chief People Officer of GlobalLogic, a leading company in digital product engineering. She was also Vice President of Human Resources at Synopsys, a software company focused on design and verification software for the semi-conductor industry, and Executive Vice President of People at Milestone Technologies, an IT solutions company, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Amy holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, and she earned her B.A. from Tufts University. She also sits on the Board of the Bay Area Executive Development Network (BAEDN) and the Exceptional Women Awardees Foundation.
