Andrea Illes is a global HR executive with extensive experience in driving business growth and cultural transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of People for Nokia Cloud & Network Services, Andrea focuses on leadership development, talent attraction, and digital HR implementation. Previously, Andrea held significant roles at Kinstellar, where they acted as Global HR Director and board member, and at Linklaters, managing HR operations and change management across multiple regions. Andrea is also a leadership and career coach, having owned HCC Consulting Ltd. since 2010.
