Bernard Pailleux

Bernard Pailleux has extensive experience in finance and operations within the telecommunications sector, having served in various leadership positions since 1994. At Nokia, from June 2013 to January 2025, Bernard held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Delivery & Operations for the Network Infrastructure Business Group, overseeing 8,800 employees and managing a $9 billion revenue business. Prior positions at Nokia include leading finance and operations teams, focusing on process optimization and customer documentation. Before joining Nokia, Bernard served in senior financial roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel, where responsibilities included finance leadership for multiple subsidiaries and managing operations finance. Bernard's career began at Filotex and Coppers & Lybrand as a Sales Manager and Financial Auditor, respectively. Bernard holds a Post Master Degree in Finance & Controlling from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Master's degree in Economics from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
