Frank Savarese

Frank Savarese, PMP, currently serves as Sr. Director of Customer Program Management in the IP and Optical Networks Division at Nokia, a position held since March 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing delivery programs and post-sales activities for major US accounts. Prior roles at Nokia include Director of the Americas Global Customer Delivery Team and Sr. Director of Program Management in the IP Routing and Transport Division, alongside a focus on quality improvement initiatives as Manager of Quality Assurance. Frank has extensive experience from Alcatel-Lucent, where roles included Manager of the Program Management Office and Service Delivery Manager, managing technical support for large customers. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the State University of New York at Utica/Rome.
