Olaia Olazar Mariezcurrena has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Project Manager at Nordex Group since January 2018, where responsibilities include project and task coordination as well as managing global sourcing for nacelle sourcing in electrics and electronics. Prior to this role, Olaia worked at Siemens Gamesa as a Blades Raw Material Specialist and contributed to the National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER) as an assistant in the Solar Photovoltaic department, developing a Master's thesis focused on calibration procedures for photovoltaic cells and modules. Olaia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both obtained from the Universidad Pública de Navarra.
