Alison Bettles

Alison Bettles is a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel specializing in Compliance and Ethics as well as Employment Law at Nordstrom, where they have worked since 2018. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions within the company from 2014 to 2017, including Manager and Senior Employment Counsel. They began their legal career as an Associate at K&L Gates from 2007 to 2011 and were also a Summer Associate at Preston Gates Ellis in 2006. Alison earned a B.S. in Applied Anthropology from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
