Brett Wagner

Brett Wagner is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and integrating technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer on the Kubernetes Platform Team at Nordstrom, Brett has been instrumental in building and enhancing the company's Kubernetes platform since March 2013. Prior roles at Nordstrom include developing iOS applications, backend services in Golang, and integrating digital solutions within retail environments. Before joining Nordstrom, Brett operated as a freelance developer in the Seattle area and owned Captive Orbit, where responsibilities included providing technical support for marketing campaigns. Additional experience encompasses positions at various companies, including roles focused on Flash development, software for biotechnology, and early web-based control panel prototypes at Boeing. Brett holds a background in Multimedia Design from the Art Institute of Seattle.
