Rohit M. has over 18 years of work experience in various finance and strategic planning roles. Rohit is currently working as the Senior Director of Strategic Financial Planning at Norgine. Previously, they served as the Interim Head of Strategic Planning at Norgine, where they were responsible for delivering a 5-year strategic plan.

Before joining Norgine, Rohit held the position of Head of Commercial Finance at Bourne Leisure Ltd, where they set up a skilled Commercial Finance and FP&A team. Rohit also worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Strategy EMEA at Royal Caribbean Group, where they developed and executed business strategies for the EMEA region.

In addition, Rohit has experience as the Head of Financial Planning Analysis for the UK&I market at Royal Caribbean International, as well as Senior FP&A Manager at Egencia. Rohit began their career at Manpower as a Senior Finance Business Partner and worked as a Commercial Finance Analyst at Wickes.
