Bruce Lough

Bruce Lough is an experienced professional in the heavy equipment and training sectors, currently retired since October 2024 after a long tenure as National Training Manager at Strongco from June 2008 to October 2024. Prior to that role, Bruce served as a Training Specialist and Service Manager at Strongco. Earlier career positions include Branch Manager at Champion Road Machinery and Service Manager at Ontrac Equipment, Truck & Tractor Equipment, where Bruce started as a Heavy Equipment Technician. Bruce's foundational experience includes roles such as Mill Operator at Wesfrob Mining and Sweeps Smelter Operator Setter at Johnson Matthey Ltd., where Bruce was involved in the production of high-purity gold bars. Bruce Lough obtained an Inter Provincial License as a Heavy Equipment Technician from Centennial College and completed additional education at Pacific Vocational Institute.
