MacIej Zaborowski

Maciej Zaborowski has extensive experience in various management roles at Norsk Hydro since February 2015, currently serving as Managing Director after progressing through positions such as Automotive Development Director, Plant Manager, and Logistics & Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include supervising planning and warehouse operations, implementing performance enhancements, and developing cost-reduction strategies. Maciej also has a background in production management, overseeing multiple production departments and applying Lean Manufacturing principles. Previous experience includes a role as a Demand Planning Trainee at RUCH S.A. and work in an English-speaking environment at U.S. Aquatics. Maciej holds a postgraduate diploma in Production Management from Lodz University of Technology, a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lodz, and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Command from the National Defence University.
