Kristi Welke

Kristi Welke has served as an Advanced Research Technician at the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services since August 2013, focusing on dairy unit research. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Technician and Feed Delivery Supervisor at Sanderson Farms Chicken from December 2010 to July 2013, where scheduling feed deliveries and managing inventory were key responsibilities. Kristi began a career in the poultry industry as a Management Trainee, gaining experience across various production divisions. Academic qualifications include a BAS in Diversified Agriculture from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, completed in 2010.
