David Gilmore

David Gilmore, PMP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as an Affiliate Consultant at North Highland since August 2018. Previously, David held the position of PMO Manager for the Florida Department of Financial Services, focusing on the Florida PALM Project from August 2016 to August 2018. David's career includes significant roles as Chief Information Officer and Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity from March 2012 to July 2016, as well as a Senior Project Manager at Information Systems of Florida from February 2008 to March 2012. David began a career in project management as a Project Manager at Citizens Property Insurance and Information Systems of Florida from 1998 to 2008. David holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a BS in Political Science, both from Florida State University.
