Kaleb Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and organizational management. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Initiatives & Retention at North Lawndale Employment Network since June 2025, Kaleb previously worked as a Brand Ambassador for Volunteer Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and as a Community Organizer for the Metropolitan Tenants Organization, where responsibilities included managing a Tenant’s Rights hotline and coordinating community outreach events. Kaleb has also held leadership roles with the Democratic Socialists of America, where support for national youth chapters was a key responsibility. An earlier position as a Voter Registration Outreach Specialist at Harris County involved innovative community education on voter registration.
