Hiroko Miles

Hiroko Miles, MHA, PCC, LSSBB, PMP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Operational Excellence at Northeast Georgia Health System since July 2022. Previously, Hiroko held the position of Executive Director for the Valley Sutter Improvement System at Sutter Health from August 2014 to November 2022, and earlier as the Transformational Care Senior Director at Dignity Health Medical Foundation, where significant financial impacts were achieved through value stream execution. Hiroko's experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at H&M Miles Enterprises, Inc., where a $3 million business was established within a year, and roles at Intel Corporation as Americas Sales & Marketing Manager, and at Golden Eagle Express and Procter & Gamble in logistics and sales management. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis, and two master's degrees in Health Administration and Health Care Administration/Management from Capella University.
