Rosa Rodríguez Williams

Rosa Rodríguez Williams, MSW, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity + Inclusion at Northeastern University since June 2022. Previously, Williams was the Senior Director of Belonging and Inclusion at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston from September 2020 to June 2022, and co-founded the GOODMENGANG Foundation, holding that role from January 2014 to June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of the Latinx Student Cultural Center at Northeastern University from 2007 to September 2020 and various admissions positions at Simmons College from 2003 to 2007. Williams also directed admissions at The Advent School from 2001 to 2003, and worked as a Program Manager for the Lawrence Youth Commission and as a Program Director at City Year earlier in the career. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Community Organizing, Policy, Planning & Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
