Falguni Gandhi

Falguni Gandhi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and consulting. Since March 2017, Falguni has served as SVP and Global Head of HR Consulting at Northern Trust, where responsibilities included overseeing Corporate Shared Services and Technology for a workforce of approximately 11,000 employees, while leading and coaching a global HR consulting team. Previous roles at Northern Trust encompassed leadership in HR consulting for Technology, acting as the primary relationship manager for the Global CIO, and serving as a senior HR business partner. Falguni's earlier experience includes recruiting management positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and RR Donnelley, and significant contributions to HR at ELV Consulting Group, where strong relationships with top-tier clients were developed. Falguni holds a dual bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
