Conor Freeman

Conor Freeman serves as Vice President of Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Lending at Northmarq since 2017, specializing in securing middle-market loans for transactions ranging from $5 million to $50 million. With an impressive annual transaction volume of $30 billion and a loan servicing portfolio exceeding $76 billion, Northmarq stands as the largest privately-held provider of commercial real estate debt and equity in the United States. Prior to this role, Conor Freeman was the Director of Capital Markets at Coronado Bay Capital from 2015 to 2017 and worked as a banker at Wells Fargo from 2010 to 2015. Conor Freeman holds a degree from San Diego State University, obtained between 2006 and 2010, following education at South Tahoe High School from 2002 to 2006.
