Paul Hodgdon

Paul serves as the General Counsel of Northpond Ventures. Previously Paul served as General Counsel at KaVo Kerr, an operating company of Envista Holdings Corporation, an NYSE listed company. Before Paul joined KaVo Kerr in 2017, he was Senior Counsel, M&A at Danaher Corporation for 6+ years. In this role, he advised senior executives and members of corporate, strategic, and business development teams on all aspects of public and private acquisition and disposition transactions. Paul worked as an associate for the global law firm Davis, Polk & Wardwell, LLP in the M&A group from 2004-2011. Prior to becoming an attorney, Paul served in business roles at Overture Technologies and Fannie Mae. Paul graduated from Harvard University with an A.B., cum laude, in Government, the London School of Economics with a MSc in International Political Economy, and Columbia University School of Law with a J.D.
