Nick Stefanizzi

Nick Stefanizzi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Northwell Direct, where responsibilities include strategy, growth, financial performance, customer service, and operations. With a background that encompasses key leadership roles at Northwell Health, including Vice President of Direct to Employer Health Care Services, Nick has a strong track record in developing innovative health care strategies that enhance direct-to-employer relationships and improve clinical outcomes. Experience also includes roles such as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Formativ Health, where Nick contributed to the founding and growth of tech-enabled services aimed at enhancing patient and provider experiences. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Boston University and Hofstra University, respectively. Nick is currently advising Lenora Health and Fidari, and holds a senior fellowship at Health Evolution.
