Briana Sikir

Briana Sikir is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as Program Manager for Strategy and Business Development at Northwestern Medicine since December 2015, following the role of Practice Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Miami Children's Hospital from July 2012 to December 2015, where Briana coordinated the development of the organization’s first ambulatory surgery center joint venture and managed various operational aspects. Prior roles also include Operations Manager at the Midtown Outpatient Center, as well as experiences as an Administrative Fellow and Global Health Manager. Earlier in the career, Briana held positions as a Graduate Administrative Intern at Children's Hospital Boston, Finance Intern at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and various roles at Northwestern Mutual, gaining expertise in operational analysis, finance, and risk management. Briana earned a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
