Jessica Pullia

Jessica Pullia, RHIA, has been serving as Operations Coordinator and Team Lead for Patient Accounting at Northwestern Medicine since July 2018. In this role, Jessica leads the Government Credentialing Team, training new members on credentialing workflows. Prior experience includes working as a Government Credentialing Specialist at Northwestern Medicine, where Jessica managed RMG government payer credentialing and facilitated training. Additional internships at Olathe Health, The University of Kansas Health System, Wesley Medical Center, and the Sedgwick County Zoo provided experience in corporate compliance, healthcare processes, and administrative support. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center and an undergraduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from The University of Kansas.
