Jessica Shepard

Jessica Shepard serves as the Director of Operations for Emergency Medicine at Northwestern Medicine, overseeing multiple facilities including Grayslake Outpatient Center, Huntley Hospital, Lake Forest Hospital, McHenry Hospital, and Woodstock Hospital since March 2018. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Practice Manager in various departments within NorthShore University HealthSystem and Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine, where responsibilities included managing hospital medicine, primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, and clinical research. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Boston University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biology from Lawrence University.
