Melinda Mueller

Melinda Mueller currently serves as the Assistant Director of Sustainability & Social Impact Communications at Northwestern Mutual since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Communications and Social Impact Strategist at the Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation, and Director of Communications at both the School District of Kettle Moraine and the School District of New Berlin. Melinda's career also encompasses positions as Communications Manager at Elmbrook Schools, Executive Director at the Funeral Service Foundation, Marketing Communications Specialist at the National Funeral Directors Association, Account Coordinator at JWT Specialized Communications, Investor Relations Intern at Fleishman-Hillard, and External Communications Intern at Alliant Energy. Melinda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 2001 and 2003.
