Sue Falsetti-Bree

Sue Falsetti-Bree is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advanced market operations and new business processes within Northwestern Mutual. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Advanced Market Operations, Sue leads operations that support BOLI, COLI, and other corporate services since May 2011. Prior roles include Vice President of New Business Operations, overseeing a team of 260 personnel focused on various aspects of life, disability, long-term care insurance, and annuity lines. Sue has a strong background in managing new business operations, having held senior director and director positions at Northwestern Mutual Life from 1996 to 2020. Additionally, Sue's foundational experience includes a managerial role at Northwestern Mutual Life from 2006 to 2011. Sue holds a degree in Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
