Allison Henry is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Impact at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and serves as the Director of Golub Capital Board Fellows since September 2020. Additionally, Henry has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University since September 2018, teaching Business Models in the Master of Leadership for Creative Enterprises (MSLCE) program. Previous experience includes coaching graduate students at the University of Chicago's Social Enterprise Lab from January 2016 to September 2020, and leading The People's Music School as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer from September 2015 to August 2020, where significant growth and national recognition were achieved. From June 2011 to July 2015, Henry was the Managing Director and Head of Programs at A Better Chicago, a venture philanthropy fund, and earlier roles include managerial positions at Mission Measurement and Bain & Company, where valuable consulting and operational experience was gained. Education includes an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship and Management from Northwestern University and a BA in Math and Economics from Grinnell College.
