Todd Petty

Todd Petty possesses extensive experience in engineering and maintenance within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Area Director of Engineering for Northwood Hospitality and the Director of Engineering for Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne since July 2009. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Hilton Charlotte Executive Park, Building Engineer at The Bissell Companies, and Regional Director of Engineering for Homewood Suites by Hilton, where responsibilities encompassed preventative maintenance, budgeting, and staff management.
