Delma Guevara

Delma Guevara is the Vice President of Human Resources at Norwegian American Hospital. Delma has been in this role since October 2018 and is responsible for leading human resources and employee health policy & operations for the 200 bed acute care hospital. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Operations for an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) from February 2017 to September 2018. From January 2011 to September 2018, they were the Director of Human Resources & Operations for the United States Air Force.

Delma Guevara completed their Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Delma also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University. Her undergraduate degree is in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Central Missouri. Delma is certified in Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR) by the American Hospital Association and is a Senoir Professional Human Resources (SPHR) by HRCI.

Delma Guevara reports to José R. Sánchez, President and CEO. They work with Nancy Herman - Executive Director, NAH Foundation, Greg Pagliuzza - Chief Financial Officer, and Anthony Rajkumar - Chief Operating Officer.
