Anand Nair

Anand Nair is an experienced professional with a background in leading initiatives within non-profit organizations and consulting for social enterprises. Currently serving as a Governing Board member for the International Aid Transparency Initiative and as the Global Lead for Digital Community Hubs at the Norwegian Refugee Council, Anand co-founded and holds leadership roles at Fields Data and Data Terns, focusing on enhancing the visibility of local organizations and connecting them with data needs. Prior work experience includes positions at Devex, where Anand led product initiatives related to machine learning and job matching, and internships with Oxfam and CERN centered on innovation and ICT solutions. Anand holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Esade and Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai.
