Jamie Burkes

Jamie Burkes is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience in empowering clients and enhancing customer experiences. Currently, Jamie serves as the Manager of Customer Success for North America at Nosto, focusing on large Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, driving product enhancements, and managing renewals and upsells. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Profitero, where Jamie managed mid-market accounts and utilized Salesforce for opportunities and renewals. Earlier experience includes a Drug Product Manufacturing Assistant role at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, as well as positions in customer service and research during time at UC Santa Barbara. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara.
