Adam Dole is the Managing Director at Not Impossible. Prior to this, they were an Advisor at the Peterson Center on Healthcare from September 2017 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Director at GoKart Labs from April 2016 to March 2019.

Adam Dole co-founded and was the Vice President of Strategy at Better from November 2013 to November 2015. Better is a Personal Health Assistant service that reduces the complexity of the healthcare system for you and your family. Backed by the Mayo Clinic and Social Capital, our team has founded and grown some of the biggest healthcare and consumer internet companies in the world.

From June 2013 to June 2014, Adam Dole was a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. The Presidential Innovation Fellows (PIF) program pairs top innovators from the private sector, non-profits, and academia with top innovators in government to collaborate during focused 6-13 month “tours of duty” to develop solutions that can save lives, save taxpayer money, and fuel job creation. Each team of innovators is supported by a broader community of interested citizens throughout the country.

Adam Dole attended The Lawrenceville School for high school. Adam then went on to Syracuse University for their BS in Communications. After that, they were a visiting student at Boston University in the field of Human Physiology. Next, they got their MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts.

Adam Dole reports to Mick Ebeling, Founder & CEO. They work with John Toba - Executive Producer, Daniel Belquer - Director of Technology, and Sophie Oreck - Director of Events.
