Ezequiel Sarni has extensive work experience in supply chain operations. Ezequiel is currently the Director of Supply Chain Operations at NotCo, where they are responsible for various aspects of the supply chain, including manufacturing, customer service, warehousing and distribution, planning, innovation management, procurement, quality, and safety & environment. Ezequiel has developed the supply chain capacity to accommodate the company's fast growth, improving service levels significantly.

Prior to their role at NotCo, Ezequiel worked at Mondelēz International for several years. Ezequiel served as the E2E Supply Chain Senior Manager for the Southern Cone region, where they led demand and supply planning, as well as the supply network pillar for logistics, warehousing, and planning areas. Ezequiel successfully reduced inventory and improved service levels through the implementation of zero losses methodology.

Ezequiel also held various senior managerial positions at Mondelēz International, including leading the demand and supply chain for Biscuits LATAM and implementing supply chain transformation projects. Ezequiel played a crucial role in designing and implementing integrated business processes and leading the integrated business planning process for Gum & Candies LATAM.

Prior to their tenure at Mondelēz International, Ezequiel worked at 3M as a Supply Chain Demand and Production Planner, where they were responsible for production planning, S&OP processes, and warehouse operations for the Health Care Plant.
