Fredrik Norman

Fredrik Norman has an extensive background in production and maintenance management, currently serving as Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Site Manager at Nouryon since January 2019. Prior to this role, Fredrik worked at SCA, where responsibilities included Mechanical Maintenance Manager and Production Manager for LWC4, alongside six years as a Process Engineer at PM5. Fredrik's early career at Metso Paper included various roles such as Project Manager and R&D Engineer, starting as a trainee. Fredrik holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology, earned between 1989 and 2003.
