Iryna Bilous

Iryna Bilous, ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as the Head of Finance for M&A IT and Finance IT at Novartis, overseeing financial management for all M&A IT activities and related projects. Prior to this, Iryna worked at Rohlik Group as a Back-Office Innovation Product Owner, focusing on finance processes within the company's digital platform. Iryna has extensive experience at Pfizer, having held positions such as Regional Transformation Lead and Financial Reporting Director for CEER and AFME regions, where responsibilities included portfolio project management and the provision of US GAAP financial reporting services. Earlier in Iryna's career at Cargill, roles included Finance Lead for the Grain/Silos business in Ukraine and Finance Project Manager for the European headquarters, with a strong track record in financial management and process implementation across various locations. Iryna's educational background includes an online program from INSEAD in Leading in a Transforming World, an ACMA, CGMA designation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems in Management from Kyiv National Economics University.
