Alejandro Reyes Gamez, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director for Global Transformation Drug Development at Novartis, focusing on the acceleration of global strategies for drug development programs and post-merger integrations since October 2020. Prior experience includes holding the position of Associate Director for Global Strategy & Consulting (NBS Lead) at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities encompassed the successful integration of Surgical Vision in Latin America and market entry strategy development. Alejandro has also led commercial initiatives in Latin America at Janssen, achieving significant portfolio growth, and has consulted in strategic marketing, enhancing revenue for Washington County Regional Medical Center.
