Matthew Ranson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk advisory within the financial services sector. As Co-Founder, Partner, and Head of Compliance Solutions at Novatus Global, Ranson leads strategic initiatives in regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Head of Capital Markets Regulatory Change at Deloitte and positions in financial services advisory at KPMG Advisory. Ranson began a career as a Derivatives Trader at OSTC Ltd. and has worked as a financial services consultant. Ranson holds an MSc in Geophysics from the University of Southampton and has completed studies at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2010 to 2012.
