Charlie Bailey has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and technical support. Charlie started their career at Acturis Limited in 2015 as a Technical Analyst, providing first and second line support and developing fixes for system problems. Charlie then transitioned into a Unit Leader role, managing a team of 4 and maintaining relationships with key clients. In 2018, Charlie joined North Highland as an Analyst for a brief period before moving to Sequel as a Business Analyst. Their most recent position is at Novidea, where they are currently working as a Business Analyst.
