Vladimir Soskin

Vladimir Soskin has extensive work experience in the software industry, with a focus on full-stack development and team leadership. Vladimir is currently employed at Novidea as a Full Stack Team Leader. Prior to this, they worked at fintastic as a Software Team Lead, where they led multiple engineering projects and coordinated with product managers to clarify requirements. Vladimir also designed and implemented components of the UI platform to simplify feature implementation and unify the user experience.

Before fintastic, Vladimir was a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at the same company, where they participated in the creation of a SAAS platform for planning and analysis. Vladimir also designed and implemented external ERP system data mirroring and ensured SLA compliance. Additionally, they developed proof-of-concept solutions for different parts of the platform, utilizing Python, AWS, Postgres, FastAPI, and other technologies.

Earlier in their career, Vladimir worked at TOMIA as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, contributing to various software development projects. Vladimir also gained experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer at Optisor LTD, where they focused on the development of a corporate document management system using microservices architecture.

Vladimir also has experience from their time at FinArt studio, where they served as a Full-Stack Developer and Head of Finance Automation Methodology. Vladimir was responsible for the development of a SAAS and on-site deployed platform for corporate accounting, process management, and reporting. Vladimir managed a team and oversaw the full product development cycle.

Vladimir also utilized VBA and Excel formulas to develop custom data processors. Before that, they worked as a Software Automation ERP Specialist at Atlant-M, where they were responsible for selecting and setting up ERP software, testing, and training users on its effective usage. Vladimir also managed development tasks and worked on improving the efficiency of the ERP system.

Vladimir Soskin's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at Belarusian State University. Vladimir pursued a degree in Mathematician-system programming and completed their studies in 2006, obtaining a Specialist degree.

In 2005, Soskin attended Atlant-M Institute of Business Technology where they studied Business Finance, Marketing, and Management. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
