Hyena Kwon is currently the Head of the Bone Business Unit at Amgen Korea and serves as the Director of the Rare Disease Business Unit at Novo Nordisk since 2020. With prior experience at Astellas Pharma from 2012 to 2016 in various marketing roles, Hyena also held positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Clinical Research Associate and Medical Representative from 2007 to 2009. Hyena earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in 2005 and is pursuing an EMBA at KAIST College of Business, expected to finish in 2026.
