Jenifer Anillo

Jenifer Anillo currently serves as a QA Auditor at Novocol Pharma, a Septodont company, since June 2025. Previously, Jenifer worked as a Microbiologist at Septodont North America from May 2023 to November 2025 and as a Packager at QPharm Contract Packaging within the time frame of November 2022 to May 2023, focusing on nutraceutical and pharmaceutical product manufacturing and packaging. Additional relevant experience includes a research role at Conestoga Research, where Jenifer evaluated conditions for shelf life stability testing and identified natural preservatives. Prior positions include Laboratory Analyst at Contegral SA, Research Assistant at Belcorp, Microbiology Analyst at FLP Procesados, Quality Assurance Trainee at Comestibles Aldor, and a Microbiology Internship. Jenifer holds a Food Science degree from Conestoga College and a Microbiology degree from Universidad Libre, alongside certifications in HACCP and SQF.
