Philip Johannesen is an experienced professional in global business development and marketing, currently serving as Global Business Development at Novonesis since July 2025. In this role, Philip focuses on partnering with customers to innovate biosolutions that enhance animal by-products, contributing to sustainability in applications such as pet food and feed ingredients. Previously, as Product Director at Kerry, Philip was instrumental in integrating the Lactase business and driving customer-focused growth through innovation and strategy. With a robust background in marketing and supply chain management at Novozymes, including roles as Global Marketing Manager and Strategic Product & Portfolio Manager, Philip has led significant product portfolios and cross-functional teams. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Re:Think, a consultancy focused on sustainability initiatives. Education includes a Master’s in International Technology Management from Aalborg University and various studies in business and sustainability.
